Candidate salary is negotiated directly between the client and the candidate, subject to applicable law and mutually agreed terms. It is not guaranteed or fixed by Housing Buddy India.
C. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be applicable depending on the plan or arrangement selected, as per the applicable Terms & Conditions. No fixed amount is stated here.
D. Other Applicable Charges
Other charges, if any, apply as per the applicable Terms & Conditions and are not invented or listed here.
Non-Refundable Policy
All registration and service charges paid under the displayed plans are non-refundable, except where a specific written commitment, applicable law or expressly stated policy provides otherwise.
Replacement Validity
The replacement plan is valid for 1 year from the date of registration, subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions. Replacement validity is calculated from the customer's actual registration date, not the deployment/joining date.
