Replacement Policy

The replacement plan entitles you to one replacement within 1 year from the date of your registration (not the deployment/joining date). Eligibility, duration, conditions and exclusions are governed by your selected plan and the applicable Terms & Conditions.

Replacement is not automatic for every situation — it is subject to eligibility conditions, availability, service category and the applicable Terms & Conditions.
