Housing Buddy India acts as a Recruitment Facilitator, Candidate Sourcing Platform, Domestic/Commercial Staffing Coordinator, Corporate Staffing Consultant, Manpower Introduction Platform, Verification Coordinator and Service Subscription Platform. Housing Buddy India is not the employer, labour contractor, payroll company, guarantor, nursing agency or security agency for any candidate.

- All registration/service charges are strictly non-refundable, except where a specific written commitment, applicable law or expressly stated policy provides otherwise. See Refund Policy.
- One replacement is available within 1 year from the date of registration, subject to applicable plan terms. See Replacement Policy.
- Deployment timelines (typically 2–21 working days) are targets only and are never guaranteed.
- Candidate salary is separate from the registration fee and is negotiated between client and candidate.
